The restaurant garden was a lovely place to enjoy a meal, although I had to survive on just a drink or two at the Lobby Bar. The full-service spa was a treat, especially the pampering treatment that made me feel like a queen.
Who needs free private parking when you can just park on the moon? So inconvenient!

The room was small, but comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold dishes. Check-in and out were quick, and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. It's a good base for the Babia Gora walk. The inside play area and swimming pool were nice, and the spa was enjoyable.

The hotel provides a good breakfast, which is a plus point that ensures you start your day properly. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent, with several attractions nearby. The room amenities were quite decent, and the view from the window was beautiful.
We experienced poor customer service from the front desk. The staff seemed uninterested in providing local information or answering our queries. Additionally, we were disappointed with the limited dining options available at the hotel.

Had a great time trying not to get lost in the maze-like layout of the hotel. The restaurant garden was a lovely way to enjoy the freezing cold Polish summer.
The staff were too helpful and friendly, it made me feel like I had to reciprocate and be polite back.
